After a long road, we’re so close — and hoping you’ll help us take the last step.

We’re looking for a kind, healthy person to carry our baby and help us become the parents we’ve dreamed of being.

Our story

Hi — we’re Kate and Michael.

We’ve been together [X years], we live in [your city], and we are ready — heart and home — to be parents.

Our path here hasn’t been the one we first imagined. Because of Kate’s health history [briefly: e.g. “a past cancer diagnosis”], carrying a pregnancy herself isn’t something her doctors can safely recommend — the risk of recurrence is real, and it’s not one we’re able to take. [Add a sentence or two in your own words here — this is the part people will connect with most.]

It’s a tender thing to write about. But we’re not writing it from a sad place. We feel hopeful, steady, and incredibly grateful to be this far — and excited about who we might meet through it.

Healthy embryos are ready and waiting in California.

What we’re looking for

A few things that matter to us

These are our honest non-negotiables, mostly set by the medical and legal side of the process. We’d gently ask that they fit before reaching out — and everything else, we’d love to figure out together.

An independent journey — no agency. We’ve chosen to do this directly, person to person, rather than through an agency. We’ll work with a fertility clinic, doctors, and a reproductive attorney to keep everything safe and proper — but the relationship between us is just that: us.

Let’s talk

We’d love to get to know you.

This is a big, personal thing — for all of us. If something here resonated, send us a note. No pressure and no scripts; we’d simply love to chat and see if it feels like a fit, both ways.

So we can write back. We’ll keep it just between us.

With hope and gratitude,

Kate & Michael
